Students who do not meet the citizenship or eligible non-citizenship criteria for the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) may still be eligible for other types of financial aid including grants and scholarships.
Students who meet the Oregon residency criteria determined by the Office of Student Access and Completion (OSAC), may apply for scholarships through the OSAC scholarship application and apply for the Oregon Opportunity Grant through the Oregon Student Aid Application (ORSAA).
